Photograph of a stage event with a large golden throne draped with marigold garlands, set before a backdrop of a banyan tree with red-tinted aerial roots. A seated figure in saffron-orange robes sits on the throne, with a red cushion beneath. Several devotees surround him: a woman in white with a shawl bends forward to touch his feet, a man in a red checked shirt and brown trousers kneels to offer obeisance, and a young woman in a white sari sprinkles water or petals while another woman in a light green salwar kameez holds a garland. A boy in a cream shirt and dark trousers stands with hands folded in front, and a man in a white shirt watches at left. A girl in white sits at lower right.

A seated figure in an orange-saffron robe sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne decorated with yellow and white flower garlands; the seated figure's face is partly hidden by a kneeling devotee in a blue shirt and black trousers who bows and touches the feet. Standing around the throne are men in white dhoti and shirt, one in an orange cloth with a rudraksha-style mala, another in a white kurta with a yellow shawl, and a row of women in saris of purple, pink, white and blue. A woman in a purple sari wears a small badge. Ritual foot-worship (padapuja) appears to be taking place.2009-08-11August 27 20092009-08-27 +1 copiesAugust 27 20082008-08-27 +1 copiesAugust 27 20092009-08-27
