A man seated on a gold-carved throne in front of a dark purple curtain, raising one hand in a blessing gesture and holding a gold staff with a serpent-headed top in the other hand. He wears a brown turban with a white plume and jewelled ornament, a red-orange bead mala with a gold pendant, a gold chain-mesh garment over a leopard-print cloth, gold bangles and hoop earrings, and a vertical bindi on his forehead. Gold deity statues flank the throne on either side, and gilded parasol-like ornaments stand on both sides. Swamiji (probable): a bare-chested figure in a turban with a rudraksha-style bead mala and ornate gold garments, seated on a throne in a ceremonial pose.
