Night photo of a temple-style water tank at a festival, with a large illuminated golden chariot ratha on a central platform in the water, reflected on the dark surface. In the foreground, several men with long braided hair wear orange cloth and white beaded necklaces, raising lit multi-tiered oil lamps (aarti) toward the chariot. Rows of seated devotees fill the stone tiered steps on both sides, and a row of robed figures in white and orange sits on the platform near the chariot. Bright floodlights and a camera crane are visible. The scene suggests a procession or aarti ceremony.
