A photograph of a yoga session with participants seated and some in backbends. In the foreground, a woman with dark hair and a black top tilts her head back with eyes closed. At center, a smiling man with short grey hair, a black t-shirt, and beaded necklaces sits cross-legged with both palms raised, a meditative posture. Behind them, many participants in black clothing and white garments sit on red mats in a large hall with bright lights, including a man in white wearing a rudraksha-style mala.
