He wears an orange-brown robe, a garland of white and red flowers and a rudraksha mala, and holds a feathery bundle of grass or palm fronds above a brass kalasha pot. A red wooden box, bundles of cloth and brass bells sit beside him, and a woman in orange with white-painted markings stands nearby with hands folded. Floodlights glow in the dark background.

Night photograph of a man seated cross-legged on a raised, colourfully painted platform, smiling and raising a bundle of dried grass or leaves in his right hand. He wears an orange-saffron cloth draped over his body, multiple rudraksha malas, a white and red flower garland, and a red bindi on his forehead. His hair is long and swept back. Beside him is a bright red box, a brass kalasha-style pot in the foreground, scattered flower petals, and a small offering of red and white flowers. To the left a person in white stands near the platform, and to the right an elderly woman with white-smeared forehead and folded hands looks on. Bright electric lamps light the dark background. The man's appearance with long hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha malas and garland is consistent with the page's Swamiji reference, so the identification is probable.2016-10-30Night-time outdoor ritual photo. A central seated man in saffron-orange robe wears a rudraksha mala and white-and-red flower garland, hands pressed together in prayer, with a red-tinged shawl draped on his shoulders and long dark hair; the shawl and distinctive long hair are cues for a person presence in person. To his left a priest in white dhoti with a red sash waves a bundle of green leaves over a brass kalasha with flowers. A devotee in white dhoti and orange-yellow shawl sits to the right, and another robed sadhu with ash-marked forehead is behind. Foreground shows heads of onlookers, and an orange banner with a blue emblem stands on the right under night lights.2016-10-30October 30 20162016-10-30 +1 copiesA seated man in an orange-red saffron cloth, wearing a multi-strand rudraksha mala and a white and red flower garland, raises a bundle of dry grass in his right hand while smiling with eyes closed. He sits barefoot on a multicoloured cloth-covered table beside a large brass kalasha vessel, a red cabinet, brass bells and scattered petals. Behind him a second person in white with a dark sacred thread raises one hand and smiles against a night backdrop with bright lights. The ceremonial setting suggests a ritual, and the appearance of the seated man matches the a person cues of long hair, rudraksha malas and a garland, though the image is uncertain.2016-10-30October 30 20162016-10-30October 30 20162016-10-30
