Blurred orange flame glows at the lower left, and a dark rounded object, possibly a head or cloth, is out of focus at the bottom. No people are clearly visible, so this is a ritual abhishekam setting without a person candidate.2011-11-10A dark grey stone Shiva lingam stands on a yoni-shaped pedestal on a tiled floor. Faint reddish-orange markings streak the lingam's shaft, and scattered pink flower petals lie near the base. Behind it, silver metal trim and a brown-orange cloth are visible. No people are present. The lingam appears to be a deity murti in a temple setting.2013-10-05December 12 20162016-12-12 +1 copiesA photograph of an outdoor Shiva lingam, a dark cylindrical stone with a red mark, set on a maroon cloth draped over a stone ledge. The painting on paper depicts Shiva as the cosmic father with blue skin, a topknot and hair swept by wind, a tilak on the forehead, a rudraksha-style necklace, and a yellow-and-orange draped cloth. He holds a golden trident with a flame at its top and a damaru drum hanging from it against a turquoise and blue background. The painting is captioned SHIVA with the words The cosmic father beneath.
