Five young performers on a stage in front of a colourful painted temple backdrop with pink and yellow pillars and a deity figure holding a staff at right. Three figures in saffron-orange sleeveless tunics and loose orange trousers, one with a white headband, perform acrobatics: one is inverted in a handstand with legs raised, supported by two others, while another leans in. Two performers in black sport tops and trousers with white headbands assist them. Red folded mats cushion the stage floor below, and a dark maroon curtain hangs in the doorway behind.

The front boy, smiling broadly, leans forward on his hands with one leg extended behind him, wearing a silver-bead rudraksha-style necklace. Behind him a second boy rests on his shoulders with legs raised, and at the back a third boy stands with hands pressed together in namaste. Each boy has white sandalwood paste marks and a red bindi on the forehead.2013-04-08 +1 copiesMarch 30 20132013-03-30
