Outdoor photograph of a crowd gathered around a man in a white collared shirt and olive trousers who is bent forward under a white metal barbell rack, gripping a bar loaded with colourful weight plates on a green mat. Around him, many men in white dhotis and kurtas, some with saffron or orange headbands and rudraksha malas, stand watching, and a bare-shouldered man in white dhoti with a yellow border stands at left. A woman in white with a yellow border and a few women in orange and white sit at lower right beside a seated cameraman. The scene is a sandy, open-air exercise demonstration.
