A close photograph of a padapuja ritual. A man in a white shirt leans forward and pours water from a gold-coloured vessel over a pair of feet resting on a tray of rose petals and offerings in a silver bowl. Beside him a young boy in white and orange clothing gently touches the tray. Behind them a figure in orange robes is visible, and the tray sits on an ornate gold-coloured pedestal.

The foot belongs to a person in a saffron-orange robe with a gold-and-black beaded rudraksha-style mala across the chest. A gold-coloured ornate peetha or pedestal sits beneath the tray with a silver vessel beside it. A partial face in profile appears at far right, dressed in dark clothing.2009-09-07 +1 copiesSeptember 07 20092009-09-07September 07 20092009-09-07Close photo of an abhishekam being performed on a sacred stone object placed on a silver tray filled with red and orange rose petals, set on a gold-covered pedestal. A person in white holds a gold cup in each hand, pouring liquid over the feet. The ornate gold-toned platform beneath is carved with floral patterns. Only a partial orange-clad figure and a white-clad worshipper are visible, so the feet are the focal point. The orange-robed figure's identity cannot be confirmed from appearance alone, so the a person field is unsure.2009-09-07
