A performer on stilts stands on a sandy ground beside a red carpet, wearing an orange turban, blue shirt and a long green patterned skirt, and holding the reins of a decorated green horse figure with gold trim and red tassels. A standing man in white clothes watches at left, and a young man in a white t-shirt and white trousers stands beside the stilt performer. Behind them a yellow-and-red painted wall shows a black-and-white portrait of a long-haired figure framed in an archway, with palm trees, orange flags and a truck carrying speakers in the background. Several people in white clothes stand near the truck at right.
