A photograph of a formal meeting in an ornate room with carved wooden screens and a green and gold valance. An elderly bearded man in a pink robe sits on a gilded throne-like chair with a book in his lap, while a younger sannyasi in orange stands at right, facing him, beside a seated figure in orange with an orange head covering. Several onlookers stand near the doorway, some in white and orange and some with cameras raised, and a bald man in yellow stands at left. A low table in front holds fruit, flowers and books, with a yellow cloth on it. The scene is a formal audience or greeting between two religious figures.
