A photograph inside a plain white-walled room with a barred window on the left. A figure seen from behind wears a bright orange turban and orange clothing, with long dark hair and a white jasmine garland with red flowers around the neck; the face is not visible. Nearby, a man in a white-and-pink striped shirt and a woman in green and a young girl stand watching. On a small white-draped table in the lower left are two framed deity pictures garlanded with white and orange flowers, brass oil lamps with lit flames, and a small offering dish. The scene suggests a devotional room visit during the Pattanam inauguration event.

On the table is a framed photograph with garlands and brass oil lamps beside it, and a devotee in white is lighting or tending the lamps. Several women with hair in buns, one wearing white jasmine garlands and a yellow sari, face the table from the foreground. A man in white with an orange-red sash holds up a phone or camera at left, and a man in white stands near the centre. Through the window a crowd of onlookers is visible outdoors among green banana leaves. The figure in the orange turban is visually consistent with the a person candidate description, but the face is not clearly visible enough for confident identification, so this is unsure.2008-07-28July 28 20082008-07-28July 28 20082008-07-28July 28 20082008-07-28July 28 20082008-07-28July 28 20082008-07-28Inside a bare white-walled room with a tiled floor and a barred window, a man in saffron dhoti and orange head cloth with a long beard and a white-and-red flower garland stands barefoot with palms raised in blessing, facing a seated or kneeling figure. A woman in a white sari with a bowed head holds a basket of fruit and folds her hands in prayer beside a brass oil lamp, a plate of fruit and flower petals on the floor. An attendant in orange holds a tray of flowers at the left edge. The scene reads as a blessing or puja performed during the inauguration of a new room.2008-07-28July 28 20082008-07-28
