A street procession at a decorated ratha in front of a building. Several people stand around the cart: an elderly man in a white shirt and dhoti, a woman in a green-bordered sari presenting a bunch of bananas, and a younger man in an orange shirt beside the wooden cart. Behind them, a banner shows a smiling man in a white turban against a red and orange background. Another elderly man in white clothes stands at the right. The ratha is covered in red and white draped fabric and garlands. Printed photographs of a man in white head-wrap appear on the cart's side panels.
