Many people in white and saffron clothing sit in rows on stone steps, each before a black Shiva lingam on a yoni base, with brass bells and small lamps and flower offerings placed in front of them. On the left, a group in orange and maroon robes sits among the lingams. Across the water, a pavilion with pink and white draping and a central raised dais holds a seated figure and small lamps, with red and orange flags along the edges and tiered seating in the background. Rows of people in orange and white garments sit on the red-tiled steps, each before a black lingam on a stone yoni base with brass plates, lamps, flowers and offerings. Many wear orange cloths, some bare-chested with white dhotis, and several stand at the lower level. Orange flags stand along the railings and a red-brick building rises behind.
