A photograph of a temple ritual in progress. A bearded man with long dark hair, a white forehead marking and a red-orange robe sits on a low stool and pours orange powder into a large ornate brass vessel carved with relief figures. Beside him a woman in a cream sari with teal border holds a brass plate of the same orange powder. A man in a white shirt films with a video camera at left, and several bare-chested men in white dhotis and onlookers sit behind. A stone pillar with carved designs stands at upper centre.
