Outdoor temple scene at a large dark stone base with a lotus-petal carved pedestal. A priest in an orange-red dhoti and bare chest pours liquid from a small brass vessel over a golden statue of a standing devotee holding hands in prayer, with a yellow marigold at its feet. Brass kalashas and metal vessels sit on a yellow-stained floor. Another bare-chested man in an orange dhoti with a rudraksha mala and forehead markings stands to the right, watching. A metal railing and steps appear at left. Two people are visible.

The statue stands on a gold-coloured pedestal before a large dark stone basin with carved lotus-petal relief. Gold kalasha pots and brass vessels sit at the base, with water flowing. The priest is a visible person; the golden statue is not a living person.2016-10-10October 31 20162016-10-31November 26 20162016-11-26 +1 copiesA young man in orange-saffron dhoti and shawl, with white sacred ash markings on his bare chest and arms, pours water from a golden kalasha over a bronze statue of a standing figure in a wooden-brown finish, set beneath an ornate gilded arch at a stepped ghat-like platform. A second man, bare-chested with rudraksha mala beads and an orange cloth, stands beside him holding a brass vessel. Metal pots sit in front, a few jasmine-like flowers lie on the wet platform, and red-brick steps and orange flags are visible behind. This appears to be an abhishekam ritual.2017-05-29July 31 20172017-07-31October 31 20162016-10-31
