Outdoor photo of a decorated wooden ratha or palanquin-style cart being dressed on a dusty courtyard. The canopy is draped with colourful woven textiles in orange, red, blue and white, with garlands and tassels hanging from its edges and a gold finial on top. Several men work around it: one in a white shirt stands on a wooden ladder adjusting the fabric, another in a white shirt helps from the cart, and a man in an orange-saffron robe and a white-clothed attendant stand nearby watching. A red cloth lies on the ground. Behind them is a tin-roofed shelter hung with orange and white banners, a red-brick building with a signboard and a framed notice, and palm trees.
