A bearded man in a rust-brown turban with a white crescent ornament sits on a red throne against a large arch of multicoloured flower garlands in red, yellow, green, white and purple. He wears a heavy gold necklace, a pink-and-white garland over his shoulders, gold armlets and bangles, and a rust-brown robe. Golden lion heads flank the throne, and a golden trident stands beside it. To the left, a man in an orange turban and orange robe holds a ceremonial object and gestures toward the seated man. Several seated devotees' heads are visible in the foreground. The man on the throne has distinctive ceremonial adornments, and the page associates this event with a person, so he is described as a person, seated and being honoured at the Avatar Day celebration.
