Devotees sit on the floor of a temple hall at a Gurupurnima celebration, with a banner reading "Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam Anandeshwari Temple Hyderabad Gurupurnima Celebration" hung above. In the foreground a seated man in a beige jacket and a woman in a white top with red shawl face a fire pit, a yagna with flames and offerings. A woman in an orange sari with a long braid sits in the centre, while others in green, blue and grey saris sit nearby. Beyond the fire, a figure in orange robes stands near a decorated seat garlanded with flowers, and a small flower-garlanded image sits on the platform. Stone pillars and striped decorative cloth columns frame the hall. Two people in the scene are seated in front, with the wider crowd of about a dozen visible.
