Indoor event photographed from behind the audience, with many seated devotees facing a stage hung with red drapes and decorative woven banners with tassels. On the stage stands a gilded ornate throne with a canopy, beside a standing golden figure. A person in white stands near the throne, and several seated attendees in white, orange and saffron clothes sit on the floor in front. Oil lamps and offerings are placed at the base of the stage. Warm red lighting fills the hall. A candidate in saffron clothing is visible on the right, but his appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm identity, so the figure is described by role only.
