A dim interior room with a ceiling fan, barred windows and pale walls shows a funeral-style ceremony. A body draped in a red and gold cloth lies on a platform at right. Several men in saffron-orange robes sit on the floor around oil lamps and ritual items, one holding a staff; a man in saffron with a rudraksha mala sits at left. A cameraman in white stands on a tripod at right. Several seated and standing people in white and dark clothing surround the platform, with long wooden staffs standing upright in the room.
