Outdoor photo on red earth with hills and trees behind. A bearded man with long swept-back hair, a ceremonial gold necklace and a dark rudraksha mala wears rust-red robes and drops marigold petals over a white-shrouded body that lies on palm fronds and flowers, a red cloth over its head. Beside him, three men in saffron-orange robes with rudraksha malas stand: one holds a silver trident, another a brass tray of flowers, and one holds hands in prayer. Behind them, men in white dhotis and shirts stand with hands folded, a few with rudraksha malas. A ceremonial funeral-style ritual is taking place.

Outdoor photograph on red earth before hills and trees. A long-haired, bearded man in a rust-brown robe and a dark rudraksha mala with a large gold pendant stands at centre, dropping yellow flower petals over a shrouded figure lying on a white cloth amid marigolds and a leaf mat; the shrouded figure bears a stone-grey face wearing a brown head cloth, so it appears to be a statue or effigy. Behind, saffron-robed men with rudraksha malas hold a silver trident and a silver tray of flowers, and one stands with palms joined in prayer. Men in white dhotis and shirts stand in the background. Cues for the central man: long swept-back hair, rudraksha malas, ceremonial gold pendant, rust robe, so swamiji is marked as a probable in-person candidate.2017-02-03February 03 20172017-02-03Outdoor photo at a red-earth site with a hill behind.
