Outdoor festival procession crowd seen from behind a foreground figure in orange sannyasi attire with an orange turban and rudraksha beads, standing near the front of a barricade. A woman in orange with a long braid and beaded necklaces plays a small hand drum. Around them, saffron-robed sadhus, a bald monk in orange, and many devotees and onlookers, some in white, fill the road. Red flags on poles wave above the crowd, and a high-ranking officer in khaki uniform stands at the right. Behind, a canopied chariot-like cart, an orange and red decorated structure, colourful banners and tents line the road under trees. A yellow banner reads 'ARMA' with an animal motif, and a red placard carries a portrait. No identifiable a person figure is clearly visible.
