A hazy outdoor street at a Kumbh Mela-style crowd site, with a procession moving along a barricaded road. A canopied procession umbrella with red and multicolored fringe is held up over a group of saffron-robed sadhus and white-clad attendants walking forward. Women in orange and red saris and headscarves walk at the right, and a man in a white kurta and white dhoti walks near the center. A blue tractor-trolley with a grey tarpaulin roof carries people at the left, and a man in a red hooded jacket stands on it. Red and saffron flags fly above the crowd, and a stairway with a banner stands at the far right. Roughly two dozen people are visible.
