A large hall with cream tiled floor and banners hanging from the ceiling shows many people lying on colourful yoga mats doing supine abdominal exercises, most holding small silver dumbbells. Most wear saffron-orange robes, while a few wear black, white, or pale pink clothing. In the foreground, a man in an orange robe lies on a lime-green mat, a man in a black shirt with a white headband lies on a black mat, and a man in white lies on a purple mat. A seated older man in white kurta and white dhoti sits on a pink mat at right, watching. Gym-style dumbbells and blue and purple mats fill the floor, with a curtained stage and more people visible at the back of the room.
