Outdoor street scene beneath a concrete overpass where a crowd gathers along a yellow railing. A large yellow banner held by a man in an orange shirt reads in Kannada, with a portrait of a smiling woman in an orange headscarf printed on it. Other hand-held placards show black-and-white portraits of a woman. A raised decorated float or vehicle is covered with orange and yellow marigold garlands and red flower strings. Women in saris and children stand among the people, and a man in a white shirt holds a white placard at right. Red and orange marigold garlands hang over the railing in the foreground.
