A seated yoga session on a red stage with draped crimson curtains and a golden trident standing at left beside a plum velvet carved sofa. In the foreground a woman in a black sleeveless top and black leggings sits cross-legged on a striped mat, arms extended forward with hands clasped, and a microphone rests on the floor. Behind her a second woman with long braided hair, wearing an orange-brown top and wrap, sits on a pale blue mat with arms outstretched and a headset microphone on her face. The page refers to a Karthigai Deepam discourse, but the visible scene is a yoga practice; no a person figure is clearly identifiable.
