Outdoor ceremony at a large decorated Shivalinga draped in colourful flower garlands with orange, white, purple and green bands, set in a water pool beside red-brick steps. A metal staircase climbs to a raised platform where several saffron-robed priests stand near a gold-topped shrine tower with a kalasha. On the left, a row of white-clad devotees sits on the steps, and at the bottom left, seated figures in saffron robes sit near a small seat with a parasol. Spectators in white and light clothing sit in tiered rows on the right, and a red-roofed building and palm trees stand in the background.
