A night-time photo of a crowd walking along a paved road under bright street lamps. In the centre, a figure in a long saffron-orange robe walks forward, flanked by men in white shirts and white dhotis and trousers, several wearing lanyards. Other men in light shirts and grey trousers stand at the right edge beside a white car with a Tamil Nadu registration plate. A blue tent or structure is visible at left. The scene reads as a procession or public visit.

A white sedan is parked to the right, and a blue tarpaulin-covered structure stands at the left.
