Outdoor photo of a children's tug-of-war on a sandy courtyard in front of a long white single-storey building with a corrugated roof. Several teams of boys in mixed colored shirts and shorts pull a rope taut, with a white-painted pole and base in the foreground. Strings of orange, pink and yellow bunting and balloons decorate the scene. A small canopy stands near the building, with a framed portrait placed beneath it; a central figure in a saffron garment sits on a chair nearby, and a crowd of onlookers in white and colored clothing watches from rows of blue plastic chairs.
