December 29 20102010-12-29Outdoor homa at a fire pit lined with flower-covered trays of fruit, sweets and offerings. A long-haired man in an orange-saffron robe with a red bindi sits centrally, holding a metal plate with a red cloth and flames rising from it, speaking into a microphone. Two men in white dhotis and saffron shawls sit on either side, one assisting at the fire. Behind them, devotees in white and cream sarees and white shirts sit and watch. A banner beside him shows a portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" and colourful paper decorations hang from a stand. Probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back hair, saffron robe, leading the homa.2006-12-24 +1 copiesDecember 06 20112011-12-06September 24 20102010-09-24October 17 20122012-10-17Night outdoor ritual under a large tree with spreading branches.
