Indoor home darshan or puja in a living room with cream walls and a framed artwork on the right. A man in a white short-sleeved shirt and jeans stands at left, holding a white feathered fan (chamara) raised above his head. Seated on a gold-and-brown cloth at right, a person in saffron-orange robes with a matching head wrap sits cross-legged before a low offering arrangement of red and white flowers, an orange-and-gold cloth, fruit, and silver bowls of petals and sweets. Beside them a woman in a white sari holds a silver tray. Several other women in orange and red saris and saffron robes stand or sit in the background among a crowd of devotees. The scene suggests a ritual offering with the fan waved over the seated figure.
