A street scene in a hilly town with a paved road running between low yellow and white concrete buildings. Two light-coloured pickup trucks are parked on the left and right, one with a green-and-yellow cargo body. A man in a khaki uniform stands beside the trucks near the centre. Utility poles and many overhead power lines cross the grey sky, and a rocky, tree-covered hill rises behind the rooftops. A thin plume of smoke rises from among the trees on the hillside. A thatched roof is visible at the far left edge.
