In the foreground a bald, bare-chested priest in an orange dhoti and orange shawl with gold border stands with his back to the camera, raising a lit lamp or flame with his right hand. Facing him, a seated person in a red garment with a white flower garland and a dark green garland sits with palms pressed together in namaskar on a leopard-print cushioned seat set on a pink mat. Brass pots and vessels sit on the ground nearby, with a large metal urn and a flat stone in front. A small black tablet or device rests on the mat.
