Five men in white shirts and white dhotis sit around them listening and watching, some wearing glasses and a rudraksha-style mala visible on one man. A lit oil lamp glows in a doorway in the background. The seated figure has distinctive orange ornate clothing and long hair, consistent with Swamiji (probable), shown here reviewing documents with devotees in an indoor room; the figure is physically present.2008-04-04A candid photograph of a devotional gathering indoors at night. In the foreground, a man with long dark hair tied back in a bun and a tilak on his forehead, wearing an orange saffron robe, leans forward and places his right hand on the head of a seated person in white. Behind him, a man in orange robes stands with a folded garland or ritual items. To the left, a man in a white shirt bows his head, and a person in white with a yellow shawl leans forward with hands joined. Brass and yellow flower offerings sit on a low table in the lower foreground. Several onlookers stand in the background. On the left, a man in saffron-orange robes with a long orange head wrap and long dark hair, wearing transparent gloves, extends his hand to give an object to a woman in a light green and white sari. Behind them a man in a white shirt watches, and several women in saris and salwar stand in the background, one with a visible name badge. The scene resembles a satsang or distribution moment. Swamiji (probable) is described by saffron robes, orange head wrap and long hair, presented as the robed figure handing an item to a devotee.2006-12-15A seated figure in an orange-saffron cloth with a white and yellow-red marigold garland and a tilak on the forehead has a hand raised toward a bent-over devotee's head, while another devotee in a white shirt and dark trousers leans in beside a woman in a maroon sari bowing with her hands near his feet. A bearded man in a white kurta and orange shawl stands behind them, and a woman in white looks on from the background. A low white-covered bench holds a bamboo tray of banknotes, a steel tumbler and a gold-tipped walking stick. The setting is an indoor hall with windows, a striped floor mat and a blue-framed table. The seated figure's distinctive long hair and saffron robes are visible cues, but the identity is uncertain from appearance.2006-12-10December 15 20062006-12-152002 - Pada puja and blessing citizens in SalemA photograph of a dim indoor gathering where a shaved-headed man in an orange-saffron robe and matching turban-like head cloth kneels and presses both palms to the forehead of a seated devotee in white clothes with rudraksha beads. He holds a leaf plate of sweets in his other hand on the left side. Around them, men in white kurtas and shirts, one in a light blue shirt with a pen, stand and watch, with a pedestal fan visible at left and a woman in a purple top in the foreground. The appearance of the orange-robed man is not distinctive enough to confirm the page's identity claim, so he is described by role only as a priest giving a blessing.2007-09-30December 15 20062006-12-15December 15 20062006-12-15December 15 20062006-12-15
