2004-FIRST-HIMALAYAN-YATRAJanuary 18 20042004-01-18A smiling man in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban sits on an ornate cushioned chair holding a silver plate of red kumkum powder. He wears a heavy gold pendant necklace with a deity figure and a dark hair tail draped over one shoulder, and a red tilak mark is on his forehead. In the foreground, the top of another person's head is visible at the lower left as they lean toward the plate. Shelving and framed pictures appear in the background. The man's appearance with long swept-back hair, orange turban, saffron clothing and gold necklace is consistent with Swamiji (probable), seated and distributing kumkum during a ritual or darshan.A photograph of a seated man with long dark hair wearing orange saffron robes and a rudraksha mala, sitting on a decorated chair with his hands joined in prayer. In front of him are brass puja vessels, a small oil lamp, and flower offerings on a cloth. The setting appears to be a ritual or satsang. The man appears to be a person with long hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha beads; the page identifies this event as featuring a person.August 09 20102010-08-09 +1 copiesA man seated in a room with light pink walls and white vertical blinds, wearing a saffron-orange turban and a saffron-orange robe draped over his body.
