Outdoor scene on a paved walkway beneath a clear plastic canopy. In the foreground, stainless steel food warmers hold a large metal bowl of red spiced food. Seated on a concrete bench at right, a bald, white-bearded older man in orange saffron cloth and a bead necklace holds a steel plate and eats. Two other men in orange cloth sit or stand behind him, and a woman in a green sari walks at left near a yellow metal trolley. A blue-and-white sign reads Thiruvannamalai Mavatta Kaval Thurai with a photo, and a red kiosk nearby shows the words MAY I HELP YOU. Trees and a roadway fill the background.
