A photograph of a seated man in a white turban with a feather ornament, white embroidered kurta and white dhoti, hands pressed together in anjali mudra, smiling with eyes closed on a gilded carved throne with lion-form armrests and a red cushioned back. A golden ornamental parasol hangs above him. Behind the throne is a painted backdrop of Hindu deities including Lakshmi seated on a lotus, Ganesha, a multi-armed goddess on a lotus, and Vishnu with a crown. Fallen flower petals lie on the white cloth in front of the throne. A person in dark clothing stands at the right edge, also with hands pressed together. Dim lighting suggests an indoor darshan setting.
