Night photograph of a large wooden scaffold tower with timber cross-beams and ropes, a single fluorescent tube lighting its base. Five men stand with their backs to the camera facing the structure: on the left a man in a checked shirt and white dhoti, then a man in white kurta with an orange shawl, a bare-backed man in an orange wrap with an orange turban, a man in a white kurta with an orange shawl, and a man in a white kurta at the right edge. Reddish earth lies at their feet. The scene reads as a casting or construction work site rather than a ritual.

A photograph taken at night inside a structure of rough wooden poles and horizontal bamboo or timber beams lashed together with rope. A central upright pole rises through the frame. In the foreground a man seen from behind wears a saffron-orange wrap draped over his shoulder and a saffron-orange head cloth, with dark long hair visible below it, and his back is bare. A glowing fluorescent tube light is visible in the opening at right. Two other men stand partly visible at the left and bottom edges, one in a white shirt. The figure is shown from behind, so no facial features or unambiguous identity cues are visible, and the scaffolding-like structure suggests a construction or casting setup.2006-12-10August 03 20092009-08-03December 20 20062006-12-20A night photograph of a procession walking barefoot across an open unfinished site with steel roof frames and columns. In the foreground a man in an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl, with long swept-back hair and a long rudraksha mala, walks ahead; beside him a man in white dhoti and an orange shawl walks. Behind them more men in white and orange follow, and workers in the background stand among stacked materials.2006-12-23Photo 111696202006-10-06December 12 20062006-12-12December 23 20062006-12-23April 19 20072007-04-19April 19 20072007-04-19December 23 20062006-12-23December 09 20062006-12-09December 09 20062006-12-09
