A figure with long dark hair and a large dark rudraksha mala stands on a metal tray, wearing orange saffron robes and smiling downward. A man in a white shirt kneels and pours water over the standing figure's feet, while a woman in a dark green sari bows low beside him. Behind them a standing older man in a pale checked shirt and glasses watches, a young man in white kurta stands at left, and a clay pot with flowers sits on the floor near a wooden chair. Another person in an orange-brown robe stands at the right edge.2011-05-23A photograph of a covered outdoor porch with a concrete floor and a pale yellow wall. A man in an orange-saffron dhoti-wrap with a long rudraksha mala and long dark swept-back hair stands barefoot on a round metal plate, smiling. A man in white kneels and holds a small lit oil lamp toward him. Around them stand devotees: a man in white with a white cap, a bald man in white and a gold-bordered dhoti, a man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala, and women in dark tops watching. A tree trunk wrapped in marigold garlands and banana leaves stands behind, and a silver car is parked beyond. A devotee in a rust-orange cloth and sacred thread kneels or bends forward, and a woman in a magenta sari bends to offer a brass plate, with a woman in a blue blouse and green-bordered shawl leaning in beside her. Several men in white dhotis and bare-chested devotees stand around the group, and a bald monk in orange robes stands behind. A flower arrangement sits near the pada puja. The scene suggests a pada puja with devotees washing or honouring the feet of the central figure during a home visit.2010-01-10A photograph of a welcome ritual under a covered porch with a banana-leaf plant and a garlanded pillar. A man in white kurta kneels and offers a lit oil lamp in a brass plate to a smiling man in saffron-orange robes and a long rudraksha mala. The standing man is bare-footed on a silver tray. Around them, devotees in white kurtas and dhotis and women in saris stand with hands folded in anjali. A white car is parked behind.2011-05-23A photograph taken outdoors on a paved courtyard beside a lawn and green shrubs. A long-haired figure in saffron-orange robes and a shawl, wearing a marigold garland and a red-and-yellow forehead mark, smiles and extends a hand toward a man in a white shirt who bows with folded hands. A woman in a green sari with a gold border holds a brass plate of flowers and fruit and a garland. An older man in white glasses and a white shirt stands at the right edge. The long-haired figure has distinctive orange robes and swept-back hair, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji, a probable identification based on appearance.2010-02-17A photograph on a covered veranda with marigold garlands hanging from the pillars and banana leaves around. A man in a white kurta holds a silver plate with a small offering, a lit lamp, rice and betel leaves, while a woman in a dark teal sari reaches toward it with her hands. A standing young man in a saffron-orange robe with a long rudraksha mala and bare feet looks on, and another saffron-robed attendant with a garland stands behind. A young woman in white and blue and an older man in white stand nearby, and a silver car is parked beyond the pillars. Potted plants and a green lawn lie to the right.2011-05-23A seated figure in saffron-orange robes with long dark hair, wearing gold necklaces and bare-footed, sits in a wooden armchair on an orange cloth, extending a hand to a kneeling devotee in white. The kneeling man in white dhoti and shirt has a white tilak on his forehead and bows his head while a woman in an orange sari kneels nearby. Around them, saffron-robed assistants sit beside the chair and standing women in saris of teal, blue, purple and red watch with folded hands. Marigold petals lie on the floor, and a wooden cupboard stands behind. The pictured setting appears to be an indoor satsang or blessing.2008-10-15June 16 20142014-06-16December 31 20082008-12-31September 08 20112011-09-08July 11 20102010-07-11
