The seated person wears an orange robe with a rudraksha mala and has hands pressed together in greeting. A microphone stand is in front of the throne, with brass oil lamps on either side and a stage backdrop printed with a temple pillar scene. A dark blue curtain hangs at left. Appearance-based cues are a shaved-headed monastic in saffron with a mala, but the face and hair are not distinctive enough to confirm identity, so this is an uncertain candidate.2011-01-29A seated figure in an ornate gold throne with a gold canopy sits with palms pressed together in greeting, wearing saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala. Dark hair falls past the shoulders. A microphone stand stands in front, with brass oil lamps on either side of the throne and an orange carpet on the stage floor. He wears an orange saffron robe, a long rudraksha mala and a red tilak on his forehead, with long swept-back hair, and rests his hands in his lap. A microphone stand is at his right and a large banner behind him reads partially "liv... ss p...". Gold lion-headed armrests and carved gold side panels frame the throne. The page identifies the speaker as Swamiji, and his appearance shows several cues (long hair, saffron robe, rudraksha mala) consistent with the page, so the candidate is labelled a probable Swamiji seated in person. One physical person is visible.2010-02-19A seated man in orange saffron robes sits on an ornate gold throne with carved lion armrests and a gilded umbrella canopy above.
