Outdoor ceremony under a white tent with marigold and flower garlands along the top. A seated man in an orange saffron robe with a saffron turban and a white-and-orange floral garland sits on a white-draped platform with a red-and-green striped cloth; he is having his feet worshipped by a man in white who bends over his feet. A man in white shirt and white dhoti sits at left, another in white shirt with hands folded stands at right, and older men in white shirts and dhotis sit behind. A banner at left reads in Tamil about the Kanchipuram ashram bhoomi pooja on 24.11.2006 and shows a portrait of a man in white headwear. Outdoor evening stage event under a white canopy hung with colourful tinsel. On the left, a man in white dhoti and shirt attends a white-draped table with flower garlands, water bottles and a framed portrait. Seated in red-cushioned chairs, a woman in orange robes and a matching orange head wrap sits beside a woman in a mustard-gold sari with gold bangles; a man in white and a man in cream shirt and trousers sit to the right. Behind them a large banner shows a portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" wearing an orange turban, flanked by several framed portraits, with Tamil text. Possible a person candidate: the orange-robed seated woman has a head wrap and orange clothing but no clear cues, so identity is uncertain. Striped decorative pillars frame the stage. About six people are visible.
