Outdoor photo of a ceremony under a large maroon and gold tented canopy with triangular pennants. On the raised red-carpeted platform, a man in an orange robe and orange turban sits at a low table draped with a white cloth and yellow flower garlands, with two women in white saris seated nearby. A man in white stands near a microphone stand, and another man holds a camera aloft on the left. A framed portrait sits on the back of the stage, and a banner hangs on the left side of the tent. A large crowd of people in white clothing and some in red and blue stands on the sandy ground in front, and a few people are seen in the background.
