Outdoor procession under a bright sky. Two prominent figures in front wear floral garlands of white, yellow and red blossoms. The man on the left is bald with a red forehead mark and wears an orange saffron shawl. The man on the right has long swept-back hair, a red forehead mark, a red-brown silk garment, and a heavy ceremonial gold bead necklace with a rudraksha-style mala, smiling with eyes lowered. Behind them a man in a brown robe and rudraksha beads raises one arm, and a golden ceremonial umbrella and gold flagstaff appear above the crowd of devotees in white and orange clothing.

A seated man in saffron-orange robes sits with eyes closed and hands clasped on a richly carved gold throne with red cushions. He wears a long white and red flower garland with a dark rudraksha mala, a red tilak on his forehead, and a head covering draped over his hair. Below him, the bald back of a head is visible at the bottom edge. Behind the throne stand red and gold ornamental structures with more flower garlands in magenta, yellow and white. The scene appears to be a devotional gathering at a temple-like setting.

Outdoors under a pale sky with palm trees behind, a man in a red-orange turban and rust-coloured silk dhoti with gold border stands at a large copper kalasha on a green-covered platform, one hand resting on its top and the other on his chest. He wears a white and red-orange flower garland and a rudraksha mala. A second man in a rust dhoti with gold border, bald and wearing glasses, stands behind holding a long red staff and a brass tray. Orange and red flags and a banana plant are visible. The scene suggests a kumbhabhishekam or consecration rite. Candidate for a person by appearance is probable but uncertain given the long-distance view and turban.
