Photograph of a seated group of young devotees in a hall during a ritual session. Most wear orange and maroon robes with rudraksha malas, and many have white horizontal forehead markings. Some sit cross-legged on a white mat in rows, several with hands joined or holding small papers, while a girl in a white dress sits near the centre. A chain rope barrier with metal posts separates the rows, and red-carpeted steps and a white-robed figure appear at the top left. Many people are visible, roughly two dozen or more, seated close together.

Large indoor hall where many young devotees in saffron-orange robes with rudraksha malas and white forehead markings sit cross-legged on the floor in rows behind thin metal railings. Several are preparing offerings and handling small brass vessels, a plate of fruit and small pots on orange cloths. A lone girl in white sits among them. Men in white shirts sit near the back wall beside stacked red chairs.

Many wear saffron and orange clothing, with some in white dhotis, rudraksha malas around their necks, and white vibhuti or tilak marks on their foreheads. Several young women wear orange, red, yellow and blue saris and have hair pulled back in buns. A boy in a white turban and a young man in a bright orange turban sit among them. A wooden bookcase and a small wooden table stand at the edge of the room. The scene reads as a gurukul satsang or discourse session.

A woman in a white sari with a long pendant necklace sits at left, and older women in white and gold-bordered saris sit at right, one raising her hand in gesture.
