Several men in orange and saffron clothing stand on a white metal staircase and platform beside it, one man in front at the top bare-chested with rudraksha beads and a necklace, holding a metal vessel or conch-like object to the lingam. Others in orange dhotis and shawls stand on the steps behind him. Behind them are red stepped seating and a plain wall with a wooden door. The scene appears to be a ritual abhishekam performed on the lingam.2017-09-11A large dark stone Shivalinga is draped with a thick garland of marigolds and multicoloured flowers in yellow, orange, red, white and purple, hanging down its sides. Atop a steel platform beside it, several people in saffron-orange robes stand, including a woman in a deep red sari with a rudraksha-style bead necklace who holds a flame near the linga. Others in orange and red cloth stand on the metal staircase below. Clear pale sky and a tree form the background.2015-02-17Outdoor abhishekam of a large dark grey Shiva lingam, wrapped with a silver band and garlanded with a rainbow arch of red, yellow, white and green flowers. Several saffron-robed priests stand on a metal scaffold at left; one pours liquid from a vessel over the lingam. The base is draped with bands of marigold and mixed flower garlands in orange, yellow, red, purple, white and green. Priests shown are unidentified and their faces are not visible at this scale.2013-11-06February 27 20142014-02-27June 24 20132013-06-24February 27 20142014-02-27
