Photograph of two men milking a black cow in a covered cattle shed with brown cows tied behind them and a concrete floor. The man in the foreground wears a grey t-shirt, grey shorts and sandals, and has an orange thread on his wrist; he crouches beside the cow and milks it into a metal pail. Behind him a second man in an orange-and-white checked shirt and blue track pants sits on a small stool, also tending the animal. Corrugated blue roofing overhead and a concrete trough line the frame.

Other cows stand in the background, and concrete feeding troughs and a wet floor are visible. No swami or a person appearance is shown.

Yellow-painted posts support the thatched roof, and a low concrete wall runs along the bottom edge with green grass beyond the shed.
