The seated figure has long swept-back dark hair, a red tilak on the forehead, and wears an orange saffron wrap with ornate gold beaded necklaces, with gold bangles on the wrist. Behind them are carved gold throne panels, garlands of flowers, and a stone pillar carved with figures. The devotee appears to be receiving blessings in a puja-style darshan setting. Swamiji (probable) is seated on the throne, identified by long hair, saffron wrap and gold ceremonial necklaces.2012-01-08May 25 20132013-05-25 +1 copiesA seated figure on an ornate gold throne with carved lion heads wears saffron-orange robes, a gold-and-bead necklace, rudraksha beads and a red bead bracelet, with long dark hair and a white tripundra on the forehead. A bare-chested man in white dhoti with a sacred thread kneels before him, palms pressed together in namaskar, wearing glasses. Behind them is a gold lion statue and a red curtain. The throne-seated figure has distinctive long hair, saffron robes and rudraksha cues, so this is a person in a ceremonial initiation setting; the kneeling man is a devotee.2017-08-22December 22 20172017-12-22A photograph of a seated man in saffron-orange robes with long swept-back dark hair, a rudraksha mala over his chest, and a red tilak on his forehead, sitting on an orange cushioned seat before a golden altar. A man in a white striped shirt kneels or bends forward at the lower left, facing him, with white and red wrist threads. Behind them are gold-covered ritual vessels, a gold kalasha-style pot, a garland of yellow and red flowers, and a white deity murti in a golden niche.2010-07-07
