A dark-skinned hand, with a visible dark bracelet on the wrist, is pressed into the rice, mixing or kneading it. No faces are visible, and there is no clear evidence of a person in this frame.2006-11-20May 17 20142014-05-17Close photo of a person in a rust-orange robe holding a clump of yellow rice mixed with vegetables and spices over a polished silver bowl. Dark braided hair falls over the shoulders, and a red and black thread is tied on the wrist. The bowl has a repeating arched relief pattern and a gold-toned background is partly visible behind the robe. The scene suggests a food offering being prepared or distributed, such as an annadan or prasadam.2016-09-30Close view of a silver-toned metal bowl with embossed rim filled with cooked rice mixed with vegetables such as carrot, green beans and corn, set on a fresh banana leaf.
