The figure has a tall jata-style coiffure with a crest, holds a trident (trishula) upright in one hand, and rests on a tiered square pedestal with a stepped moulded base. The object is a statue, not a living person, so no physical people are present. The photo is a catalogue-style product shot of a ritual item, part of an archive of objects used in childhood puja.October 16 20132013-10-16A close view of a small metal murti of a deity face with a matted jata-style headdress, a cobra raised above the crown, and a dark bindi-like mark on the forehead, placed on a gold-and-cream silk cloth. Behind it a maroon draped table holds a row of small figurines lit by purple and green lights. A brass lamp stand stands at the left edge. No people are visible.2017-10-01October 01 20172017-10-01January 14 20182018-01-14Making Of Sacred Arts University
